A World With No Maker by Jesse Stepton
Another guest entry. I think this is my favorite cover I've ever done. A friend was doing some contract work for a company that makes 3D terrain models from satellite imagery, and he was able to get me access to some samples. I believe this one was from somewhere in Greenland although I sadly don't have the original files anymore. I generated a wide-angle shot of the area, projected it onto a sphere, and then placed that sphere inside the original 3D model. The effect is (if I may say so myself) striking and almost awe-inspiring. Hopefully it lives up to Gautreaux's story.
