Seven Impossible Truths by Jesse Stepton

This is one of the guest entries in the series, written by Brian Follmer, an incredibly creative man who I'm still not sure how I talked into doing this project. In the story, Eli discovers a library whose books seem to alter reality as he reads them. Clearly I took Brian's prompt fairly literally, but I tried to give the library an uneasy quality. The lighting and windows are unusual, and everything is distorted to give a dreamlike appearance. The publisher was worried it wasn't exciting enough, but it ended up being the best selling of the guest books so I guess we got away with it.
